From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location in Polanco was perfect, with easy access to the Auditorio Nacional and nearby shops and restaurants, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The room was a sanctuary of peace, with excellent plumbing and double screens that effectively shielded out any unwanted light and noise, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was top-notch. the mattress, in particular, was a highlight - one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet were outstanding, with a lovely selection of fresh cut fruit, juices, and delicious pastries that set a positive tone for the day ahead. the impeccable housekeeping and facilities maintenance further showcased their dedication to providing a high standard of service. Overall, Intercontinental Presidente Mexico City exceeded all our expectations and provided a rejuvenating retreat in the heart of the bustling city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and sustainability in Mexico City.
